Shipping policy
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Pre-orders:
- For pre-orders, please refer to the product description for the estimated order processing time. This estimated time is subject to change, and you will be notified of any updates.
Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 10-20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
- We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Customs and Import Duties:
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hi Josh is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
- Hi Josh is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Address Changes:
- If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us at support@collab.bar as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
